Today I put on a pair of roller skates, something I haven't done in about 20 years. Trying to practice a little for my roller derby debut on Halloween. It's like riding a bike, came right back to me. Only thing is that at my ripe old age I have to be a little concerned with wiping out more so than as a child.
Also got a good hike in today. Probably not the best running trail but it worked out okay. I love going to new places, it sure does make time go much faster. My legs were a little sore today from last nights workout. I think it was actually due to the stretching after the workout. I am sorry to say I am not one to take the time to do a good stretch after my workouts, it's something I am working on changing!
